New Case Management System Coming Soon!
The Housing Authority of the County of San Diego (HACSD) is excited to announce that a New Case Management System will be available soon. All applicants that are currently on a wait list will be migrated over to the New Case Management System. HACSD will not be accepting new Wait List Applications or making updates to existing Wait List Applications during this brief transition. The transition will take place from 5 PM on September 17, 2025 through October 5, 2025 (subject to change). Existing applicants that have a registered user account to the MyHousing Applicant portal can still access and view their application during the brief transition period.
